PC 02-05 Holy Nativity Church - No pond was constructed so there is
nothing to track.
3 PC 00-07 Public Works - A pond was constructed on City property. No
maintenance agreement exists but the pond will still have to be
maintained as all other ponds. Maintenance is the responsibility of the
City.
PC 99-08 Cooper gyms. Grit chambers were installed and they should be
tracked.
PC 97-32 Project for Pride in living. The pond on adjacent property is
a dry pond, meaning that it is a low area that is normally dry (no
standing water) . During large rain events, it will flood and hold water
until it is able to runoff. This is not a water quality pond and does
not have to be tracked.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Subject: pond agreements
Pam Sylvester came across a document (perhaps done by an intern) listing
ponds/storm water improvements. I compared against our recent list and
found these four add'l listings:
1) PC 02-05, Holy Nativity church - cash payment in lieu of pond (so no
pond was developed?)
2) PC 00-07, Public Works, 5500 Intn't Parkway, pond on adjacent
city-owned property (does this exist?)
3) PC 99-08, Cooper Gyms, 8230 47th Ave N, on-site grit chambers (not a
pond but do we want to track this?)
4) PC 97-32, Project for Pride in Living, 7302 Bass Lake Road, pond on
adjacent property (address? is this New Hope property?)
Before I pulled planning cases just thought I'd run these past
you either e-mail or call me with your thoughts. Thanks.
