CALL TO ORDER President Hemken called a closed meeting of the Economic Development
Authority to order at 8:30 p.m.

REDEVELOPMENT President Hemken introduced for discussion item 11.1, Discussion regarding
Item 11.1
offer to purchase the former Kmart and Wells Fargo Bank site from the EDA.
President Hemken stated the purpose of the closed meeting is to discuss an
offer received by the EDA to purchase the EDA’s property known as the
former Kmart and Wells Fargo Bank site.
ADJOURNMENT Motion was made by Commissioner Lammle, seconded by Commissioner
Elder, to adjourn the meeting. All present voted in favor. Motion carried. The
New Hope EDA adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
