CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Galstad at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to due call and notice
thereof.
ROLL CALL Present: Chair Eric Galstad, Commissioner Wendy Brostrom, Commissioner Jenn Carlson,
Captain Dave Johnson, Director of HR/Admin. Rich Johnson and HR Specialist Walker
MacBeath
MINUTES Chair Galstad moved for the approval of minutes for the March 26, 2024 meeting.
Commissioner Carlson seconded. Motion passed.
POLICE CLERK
INTERVIEWS
The board discussed the interview questions and the job duties and then interviewed three
candidates for the police clerk position in the police department.
MOTION After discussion, Chair Galstad moved to certify candidates scoring 75 and above.
Commissioner Brostrom seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Alaina Bialke
and Makenna Dickey were certified.
ANNOUNCEMENTS HR Specialist MacBeath announced that staff are in the process of scheduling a police officer
recruitment.
ADJOURNMENT As there was no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
