CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Galstad at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to due call and notice
thereof.
ROLL CALL Present: Chair Eric Galstad, Commissioner Wendy Brostrom, Commissioner Jenn Carlson,
City Manager Reece Bertholf, and HR Specialist Walker MacBeath
MINUTES Chair Galstad moved for the approval of minutes for the January 29, 2024 meeting.
Commissioner Carlson seconded. Motion passed.
CITY CLERK-
TREASURER
INTERVIEWS
The board discussed the interview questions and the job duties and then interviewed three
candidates for the city clerk-treasurer position in the city manager department.
MOTION After discussion, Commissioner Carlson moved to certify candidates scoring 77 and above.
Chair Galstad seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Riley McIlrath and
Andrea Phinney were certified.

ADJOURNMENT As there was no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
