CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Galstad at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to due call and notice
thereof.
ROLL CALL Present: Chair Eric Galstad, Commissioner Wendy Brostrom, Commissioner Jenn Carlson,
Director of Community Development Jeff Sargent, and HR Specialist Walker MacBeath
MINUTES Commissioner Brostrom moved for the approval of minutes for the January 16, 2024 meeting.
Commissioner Carlson seconded. Motion passed.
HOUSING/CODE
ENFORCEMENT
INSPECTOR
INTERVIEWS
The board discussed the interview questions and the job duties and then interviewed five
candidates for the housing/code enforcement inspector position in the community
development department.
MOTION After discussion, Commissioner Brostrom moved to certify candidates scoring 64 and above.
Commission Carlson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Chris Audet,
Joshua Bickler and Steven Hodorowski were certified.

ADJOURNMENT As there was no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
