CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Brown at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to due call and
notice thereof.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioner Wendy Brostrom, Commissioner Tony Brown, Director of HR/Admin.
Services Rich Johnson, HR Specialist Walker MacBeath and Director of Community
Development Jeff Sargent.
Absent: Chair Eric Galstad
MINUTES Commissioner Brown moved for the approval of minutes for the May 22, 2023 meeting.
Commission Brostrom seconded. Motion passed.
OFFICE SPECIALIST
INTERVIEWS
The board discussed the interview questions and the job duties and then interviewed five
candidates for the office specialist position in the community development department.
MOTION After discussion, Commissioner Brown moved to certify candidates scoring 79 and above.
Commissioner Brostrom seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Dominique
Brewer, Christine Cici-Cates, Carrie Reid and Ruby Villa were certified.
ANNOUNCEMENTS There were no announcements to be made.
ADJOURNMENT As there was no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
