CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Galstad at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 23 pursuant to due call
and notice thereof.
ROLL CALL Present: Chair Eric Galstad, Commissioner Tony Brown, HR/Admin. Director Rich Johnson,
Police Captain Scott Slawson and Human Resources Coordinator Walker MacBeath. Excused:
Commissioner Wendy Brostrom
MINUTES Commissioner Brown moved for the approval of minutes for the October 20, 2020 meeting.
Chair Galstad seconded, motion passed.
POLICE OFFICER
INTERVIEWS
The board discussed the interview questions and the job duties and then interviewed seven
candidates for the police officer position in the police department. HR Coordinator MacBeath
asked all formal questions of the interviewees.
SUSPENSION OF
MEETING
Chair Galstad moved for suspension of the meeting at 8:36 p.m. until Nov. 24, 2020 at 5:30
p.m. Commissioner Brown seconded, motion passed.

RECONVENED
Chair Galstad reconvened the meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2020.
POLICE OFFICER
INTERVIEWS
The board interviewed six additional candidates for the police officer position. HR
Coordinator MacBeath asked all formal questions of the interviewees.
MOTION After discussion, Chair Galstad moved to certify candidates scoring 75 and above.
Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Josh Arthur,
Corey Cracknell, Conan Hickey, Robert Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Anthony Larson, Tom
Lesnikowski, Rajanee Michael, Tristen Mirovsky, Jacquelyn Norling and Ben Stock were
certified.

ADJOURNMENT As there was no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 8:22 p.m.
