CALL TO ORDERPresident Enck called the closed meeting of the Economic Development Authority
to order at 8:08 p.m.
ROLL CALLPresent: Enck, Cassen, Collier, Norby, Thompson
Staff Present: Sondrall, Hanson, Donahue, Leone
IMP. PROJECT 614 Mr. Steve Sondrall, City Attorney, provided an update regarding the settlement
strategies in connection with the Spur Gas Station (7300 Bass Lake Road)
condemnation relative to the Project for Pride in Living, Inc. Project (Improvement
Project No. 614).
MOTION Motion was made by Commissioner Cassen, seconded by Commissioner
authorizing the City Attorney to settle the case for a specified

All present voted in favor.
Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT Motion was made by Commissioner Collier, seconded by Commissioner
Thompson, to adjourn the meeting. All present voted in favor. Motion carried. The
New Hope EDA adjourned its closed meeting at 8:15 p.m.
