CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Galstad at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to due call and notice
thereof.
ROLL CALL Present: Chair Eric Galstad, Commissioner Wendy Brostrom, Commissioner Tony Brown,
HR/Admin. Director Rich Johnson, and Human Resources Coordinator Walker MacBeath.
MINUTES Commissioner Brown moved for the approval of minutes for the December 2, 2019 meeting,
Chair Galstad seconded, motion passed with Commissioner Brostrom abstaining.
COMMUNICATIONS
COORDINATOR
INTERVIEWS
The board discussed the interview questions and the job duties and then interviewed four
candidates for the communications coordinator position in the HR/administration department.
Director Johnson read all of the interview questions.
MOTION After discussion, Chair Galstad moved to certify candidates with a score of 75 and higher.
Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Beth Kramer,
David Webber and Nikki Wee were certified.
ANNOUCEMENTS Board members were reminded that the next meeting has been scheduled for April 28 to
interview for community development office specialist.
ADJOURNMENT As there was no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 8:33 p.m.
